It is important to note that we can only provide refunds for products purchased directly from Jointswell™ and not from any third-party suppliers or stores.

For a prompt refund, please use the contact form to obtain a return authorization number first. Please include the following when returning your product to us:

In The United States or International:
  1. A copy of the invoice
  2. A short note
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and the method of payment that you used for the purchase.
  4. We request that you ship returns using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. To protect yourself against loss or damage we recommend that you insure the product(s) for its full value. We are not accountable for packages lost in transit to us. Please be sure to keep any shipping receipts until a credit has been processed to your account.
  5. Credit card refunds are normally processed within 2 weeks of receipt of the product at our warehouse. Check refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be processed before being mailed to you.
  6. Do not send the package C.O.D. it will not be accepted.
In Canada:
